AREA SUPERVISOR

・This position is responsible for planning, formulating and supervising the implementation of the operational strategic plan within all of our Mantique, Sakura and Mantique Outlet locations.

・This person will work hand in hand with the General Manager to maximize sales and ensure the effective operation of all Mantique, Sakura and Mantique Outlet stores.

・This position is a major motivational source for all Store Managers and team members to ensure that the store and the company are running to the best of our abilities.

ASSISTANT BUYER

・The Assistant Buyer is responsible for assisting the Buyer with merchandise control through planning systems and store, warehouse and vendor communications.

・The Assistant Buyer will assist minimizing markdowns and ensure inventory turnover meets established objectives.

GENERAL MANAGER

STOCK BALANCER

・The role of this position is to make sure that all Mantique, Sakura and Mantique Outlet stores have the appropriate amount of stock in order to maximize sales company wide.

・This is an entry level position that requires the person to look at sales charts and stock lists and make the appropriate decisions in determining which location needs certain stock at a certain time in order to efficiently maximize sales.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

・The role of the Warehouse Assistant is to efficiently pack and unpack stock in order for our stores to receive the merchandise on time.

・This position may involve traveling to and from our store locations picking up and delivering stock in order to maximize sales by getting our stock out on time.

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

・The role of the Visual Merchandiser is to provide visual support to ensure the company's visual standards are maintained consistently throughout the area.

・The core of objective is to maximize sales through store presentation, and strategically planning individual store needs according to store design, stock level and target customer.

・A Visual Merchandiser is someone who has the ability of recognizing imaginative ideas and creating solutions.

ASSISTANT VISUAL MERCHANDISER

・The role of the Assistant Merchandiser is to provide visual support to the Visual Merchandiser as well as to all of our Mantique, Sakura and Mantique Outlet stores.

・This position is an entry level position with all of the hands on training needed to become a successful Visual Merchandiser.
